Want to help the 4-legged best friend of someone dear to you?
I’m launching the Paw It Forward contest - the dog version of my equine
“Neigh It Forward” contest - to the amazing dog community of Port Credit/Lakeview
The Prize: A series of 3 Dog Bowen Physiotherapy sessions (retail value $150)
Do you know a dog:
- who could use some help with mobility or a health issue, but that isn’t quite severe enough
to seek veterinary attention? - who has the vet scratching their head on how to treat, or that has an on-going “puzzle issue”?
- who is older but still has LOTS of life and just needs their spark re-ignited?
- who used to be very active but now needs help getting up the stairs or in the car?
- who gets emotionally distressed or anxious very easily?
Well, here’s your chance to be an even-more-amazing friend!
How it works:
- Send me an email telling me all about your canine friend and their owner, and why they deserve to win
- Please write 2-3 paragraphs, pics would be great but are not mandatory to win
- The winning story will be selected on Tues July 4th and published on FaceBook

Rules & Details:
- It must be for SOMEONE ELSE – you cannot write for your own dog (but you can ask a friend to!)
- Entrants should be in or near the Port Credit/Lakeview area - there is some flex in the boundary.
- You can enter someone as a surprise, however, I will need signed consent for their dog before the treatment
- but you can absolutely keep it a surprise that you’ve entered them in the contest!!! - Treatments can be done in the comfort of your own home!
- Email or FB submissions are due by June 29 to @equilibriabodywork on Facebook or to kate@equi-libria.com
- The winners will be selected and communicated on Tues, Jul 4th
